Explore the Transaction Stages Between Realtors® and their Clients

The Orlando Regional Realtor® Association compiled a list of 237 possible actions, research steps, procedures, processes, and review stages that a Realtor® may provide in a typical, successful residential real estate transaction.

NVAR's member-led Products and Services Advisory Group broke these steps down across eight categories to create Shop Realtor®. Four of these categories are referred to as "Client Driven Tools" while the other are "Business Driven Tools."
