Previously, McLaughlin was CEO of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors® in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Leadership Fairfax Institute, devoted to the development of Northern Virginia business, nonprofit and public sector leaders, McLaughlin also serves on the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In 2020 and 2021, McLaughlin was recognized in Virginia Business magazine’s Virginia 500-Power List, as one of the state’s most powerful and influential leaders in the Real Estate Category. In 2015, McLaughlin received the Association Executive “Leaders of Tomorrow” Young Professionals Award and was inducted into the Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith, RCE, AE Leadership Society.
