With Docs+, you track your entire transaction all within one single document. This solution allows cooperating agents to make in-line changes, making it easy to collaborate with others in real-time. It also keeps track of your version history so that you can review and audit edits later.
February 2021 Update:
Last week GCAAR gave the green light for their forms to be added to Docs+! With permission finally granted, the Docs+ team has begun the important work of coding the forms for use electronically through the platform. Remine is committed to incorporating the forms into Docs+ as swiftly as possible. Access to these forms will be available in a matter of weeks.
VAR and MAR have also given the green light for their forms to be added to Docs+ and we expect those forms to be accessible through the platform in the next several weeks.
*Effective immediately, Docs+ has implemented an on-call weekend rotation for responding to widespread system emergencies. In the event of a widespread emergency, the Docs+ customer service team will be well prepared to respond to inbound messages, set expectations, offer workaround options, and provide any other useful info to users. Docs+ plans to expand their support hours by the end of Q2 2021.
