RENEWING Your Realtor® Membership

Experience the Value of Your MEMBERSHIP

The NVAR annual dues renewal portal will open on Thursday, August 1st, 2024 and will stay open until Monday, September 30th, 2024.

The deadline will always be on the same date of September 30th each year. Similarly to last year, NVAR Members will have the opportunity to store their credit card in our secure system for future use with dues payment. This can be done in your member dashboard. More information on this can be found here.

Below you will find the steps necessary in renewing your membership with NVAR beginning August 1st.

#1. Login at www.nvardues.com
You will need your NRDS #. A NRDS ID is your membership number with NVAR and the National Association for Realtors®. Click here to look up your NRDS ID

#2. Pay dues through the secure online portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The payment that you owe will be in your member portal. You will receive a receipt sent to the email address we have for you on file.

Dues & Billing FAQ

What happens if I do not pay in a timely manner?

Failure to pay your dues by the deadline will result in the deactivation of your membership. There is a $50 late fee placed for late payment after the first month. After the second month, a reactivation fee of $50 is placed in addition to the late fee and existing past due dues payment.
Does this payment include my SentriLock payment?

No, your annual SentriLock payment is made through your SentriLock portal
What if NVAR is my Secondary Membership?

What if I have a Service Provider Membership?

Please see steps #1 - #3 above
What if my membership has lapsed for longer than 12 months?

If your membership has been inactive for 12 months or longer, then you will need to apply as a new member.

I just joined, do I need to renew already?

Yes, Our membership cycle runs from October 1st to September 30th. Please see our Prorated Pricing Chart
