Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.

Who is it for?

CRS 202: Effective Buyer Sales Strategies (CRS)

Top sales associates enjoy a competitive advantage because they understand what motivates and influences their customers.  To win over prospective buyers, you should identify their interests and offer them strategies that make their purchases quick and efficient. This course will teach you how to work with today's new buyer through counseling, salesmanship and negotiation—skills that enable you to earn customers for life.

Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES)

This two day training program offers real estate agents the unique opportunity to learn and build key skills in counseling adults age 50+ though selling their family home, buying rental property, moving to a senior community, among many other issues. For more information visit  

CRS 201: Listing Strategies for the Residential Specialist (CRS)

This two day training program takes students through an actual listing presentation, which helps them understand the key steps in this process and create a system for success.  Course Content: conducting an effective listing presentation, seller guidance and counseling, pricing a home to sell, closing techniques, marketing pland & servicing systems and sellers' needs & motivations.

Pricing Strategies Advisor Certification (PSA)

Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP)

The goal of Military Relocation Professional Certification Core Course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs—as sellers or buyers--and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services—at any stage in the service member’s military career—that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals.

Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR)
