Dues & Billing FAQ

• What happens if I do not pay in a timely manner?

  Failure to pay your dues by the deadline will result in the deactivation of your membership. There is a $50 late fee placed for late payment after the first month. After the second month, a reactivation fee of $50 is placed in addition to the late fee and existing past due dues payment. 

• Does this payment include my SentriLock payment?

  No, your annual SentriLock payment is made through your SentriLock portal

• What if NVAR is my Secondary Membership?

• What if I have a Service Provider Membership?

  Please see steps #1 - #3 above 

• What if my membership has lapsed for longer than 12 months?

  If your membership has been inactive for 12 months or longer, then you will need to apply as a new member.

• How do I find my NRDS #?

• I just joined, do I need to renew already?

  Yes, Our membership cycle runs from October 1st to September 30th. Please see our Prorated Pricing Chart
