*Above pricing does not include Sentrilock or Bright MLS fees.

*Lockbox Service Fee refers to any service performed on a lockbox. This service option is required only if applicant desires to participate in Sentrilock. Additional costs will apply at the time of account assignment.

*Public Assessment is the NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign

*Application fees are applicable when first joining or renewing after more than a 12 month lapse in membership.

*NVAR's fiscal year runs from October 1st to September 30th each year.

*Above secondary membership would also require a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association to accompany the membership application.

*New members joining NVAR as a secondary member simply refers to whom the individual is paying their National Association dues to. Primary membership includes National Dues payment whereas secondary membership would not need to pay National Dues as it would already be paid via another association.

NVAR Membership Dues Renewal Opens

Benefits suspension and a $50 Sentrilock reactivation fee imposed at midnight (for NVAR non-paid dues renewals)
