Casey Judge is a Deputy Zoning Administrator with Fairfax County’s Department of Planning and Development in the Zoning Administration Division, specializing in amendments to and interpretations of the Zoning Ordinance. She has been with the County
for over nine years and recently served as one of the lead planners on the County’s Zoning Ordinance Modernization (zMOD) project. Casey has a master’s degree from Virginia Tech in Urban and Regional Planning.
Carmen Bishop
