About the Instructor:

Jessica Hansen is the proud owner of J FIT where she splits her time between coaching women into better health after 40 and teaching COBRA real-life self-defense skills to soft target groups.   

As a mother of 3 adult daughters, Jessica has a particular passion for ensuring vulnerable populations have the proper skills to stay safe and adequately defend themselves against a bigger, stronger attacker.  

In addition to Realtor® Safety Training, Jessica teaches monthly teen and women’s classes in Loudoun County where she resides with her rescue dog Macy and occasional foster kittens.
