Ryan Price Chief Economist, Virginia Realtors®. For more than a decade, Ryan has honed his knowledge of Virginia’s housing market. Before stepping into his current role of Virginia Realtors® Chief Economist, Ryan served as the association’s Deputy Chief Economist. Prior to joining our team, he served as the President of research consulting firm LSA Planning, as an Urban Planner for the City of Alexandria, and as part of the research team at the Center for Regional Analysis at George Mason University. Even before joining VAR full time, Ryan spent years contributing to our research, including the monthly Virginia Home Sales Report and our quarterly regional market reports. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University and a master’s degree in urban planning from Virginia Tech.
Lisbeth Najarro is a Senior Loan Officer at Embrace Home Loans. Each client she meets is not another mortgage number to her as she truly wants to help them towards home ownership. Her goal is to review and determine the best loan options for them in which to secure their dream home. She is a trilingual speaker who is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Lisbeth and her team assists through the entire mortgage process and communicates all the steps. If a client is not able to qualify for a mortgage at the moment, she helps to make a plan for them to improve credit scores, know how much they need to save, and/or see if they qualify for a Wider Path Foundation Grant. Lisbeth’s goal for each of her clients is to make home ownership not just a dream, but a reality.
Tom is the founder and CEO of Francis Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty McLean/Great Falls. He has been a resident of Fairfax County for over 50 years and has actively sold Real Estate for nearly 20 of these years. In this time, Tom and his small team have sold over half a BILLION dollars in Real Estate - 87% of this business being sold in a 3-mile radius around McLean, Arlington, and Falls Church. Furthermore, Tom works with investors and custom home builders on a daily basis in addition to his traditional home buyers and sellers. Amina is an entrepreneur, business magnate, RE investor, and John Maxwell certified coach and instructor. She is a part owner of two KW offices, a Property Management Company, and a virtual assistant company In the Philippines called Cyberbacker. Amina served as NVAR Board Director in 2020 and a member of multiple committees. Amina built a few Billion Dollars companies and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs thrive.
