Steven Hummel is a Manager of Market Research at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Steven is responsible for managing the execution of consumer and B2B market research projects, both domestic and international, across the spectrum of CTA’s technology categories. In addition to communicating insights in the form of in-depth reports and blog posts published on CTA’s website, Steven enjoys engaging with CTA members, tech industry stakeholders and the research community through speaking opportunities and industry events. Steven is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he earned his Master’s degree in Survey Methodology and Bachelor’s degree in Criminology.

Alarm.com is the leading connected home platform used by millions of people to make their properties safer, smarter, and more efficient. Austin is responsible for driving revenue across several vertical growth channels, building new relationships, and implementing new business strategies and programs. In addition to coordinating with key stakeholders within Alarm.com to develop new programs, Austin enjoys supporting external partners in several channels including home builder, Real Estate, healthcare, and solar. Austin is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
