SentriLock for Service Providers

Enhance your Service Provider membership by adding SentriLock access for just an additional $10 to your annual dues. This feature allows you to easily open any SentriLock box, ensuring smooth access to your appointments.

Please note, Service Providers [Non-REALTOR® members] are not authorized to purchase or own a lockbox. This service only enables access to REALTORS®' lockboxes.

A one-time application fee of $75 is required.

About SentriLock

SentriLock is the official lockbox solution for the National Association of Realtors®. Realtors® secure a house key in the lockbox for the house they are listing, allowing other Realtors® to access the key when showing the property to interested buyers.

Service Providers are not authorized to own a lockbox.

How to Enter a One-Day Code in a Lockbox

One-day codes are generated by the lockbox owner. They allow Service Providers to access the lockbox’s key compartment without the use of a SentriCard. To enter a one day code, follow these instructions:

Press and hold the ENT button on the lockbox keypad to wake up the lockbox.
The keypad will light up, let go of the ENT button and type out the 1 day code; for example 84072214, and press ENT.
The key compartment will open on the lockbox.

About One-Day Codes

They are good for a specific day and they automatically expire one hour after they are first used in the Lockbox.
One Day Codes can be generated for a Lockbox up to two weeks prior to when the code is actually needed.

How to Request a CBS (Call-Before-Showing Code)

The Call-Before-Showing (CBS) code allows the listing agent to control lockbox access by requiring the inspectors/pest control/termite inspectors to call for authorization before opening the lockbox.

To request a CBS code, you must contact the listing agent of the property and request a code. They will provide it to you directly (email, phone call, text, etc.) and you can then go to the property and enter the code in the box.
