A valid passport is an effective tool for Realtors® who are looking to expand their business globally. This enables Realtors® to travel and develop themselves professionally through global conferences or trade missions, to understand clients cultural backgrounds, and to create more income opportunities overseas.
Per the U.S. Postal Service, these are the following steps to obtain a passport as a United States Citizen.
Step 1: Gather Documents Early
Apply for your passport as soon as you know you’re traveling internationally. Check out the latest State Department service estimates so you can understand how passport processing times. According to the U.S. Postal Service, first-time applicants, minors, and applicants who need a new passport but may not renew by mail may submit their passport application at the Post Office. Step 4: Pay Passport Acceptance & Processing Fees
According to the U.S. Postal Service, first-time passport applications have two types of basic fees, the application acceptance fee and the application processing fee.
