The 2024 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings Trade Expo presented an opportunity for Realtors® nationwide to explore the innovative products and services available to them! Hosted at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on May 6 and 7, the Expo saw over 100 exhibitors connecting with over 9,000 industry professionals and Realtors®.

NVAR stood out as the sole local/state association with an exhibit booth on the trade show floor!  Our booth centered around the theme "The Future of Real Estate," emphasizing that REALTORS® are the driving force shaping the industry's future.

NVAR believes that evolving and adapting to the ever-changing market better serves our clients and communities.  As a demonstration of our commitment to the evolution of real estate, during the Expo, we signed Honorary Reciprocal Agreements with Mexico and Bolivia to grow NVAR's international reach and open a gateway of business possibilities for Northern Virginia Realtors®.

Realtors® at our booth enjoyed passing under our impressive archway, posing for photos with captivating props, participating in exclusive giveaways and raffle prize drawings, taking selfies in the “Future Is YOU” mirror, and leaving their mark by signing their name on our foam core display.
