NVAR is proud to announce the addition of two new component communities to the 32 existing groups: the African American Realtors® Forum and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Group! These groups will be a vital asset in the growth and development of the association. 

The mission of the African American Realtors® Forum is to celebrate and support the NVAR African American Realtor® community through education, networking opportunities and cultural awareness. The mission of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Group is to support a culture and environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the association’s volunteer leadership and engagement opportunities, as well as home ownership opportunities for people of all protected classes within the Northern Virginia housing market. The group will focus on education, networking and cultural awareness activities.
