This new benefit included with NVAR Realtor® membership is valued at $240/year. With FOREWARN, Realtors® can:

1. Reverse an incoming call to verify prospect
2. Instantly search for criminal history
3. Verify financial risks
4. Verify current assets

Available both online and through a mobile application, FOREWARN analyzes billions of data points and provides users with the ability to mitigate risks by verifying identity, searching for criminal histories, and validating information provided by potential clients -- just using their phone number. FOREWARN was selected as the 2019 Inman Innovator for the most advanced technology in real estate.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT:

1. Click here and enter the email address associated with your NVAR account
2. You will receive an activation email from FOREWARN; open it and click the link
3. The emailed link will take you to a webpage to enter the last 4-digits of your phone number
4. Enter the confirmation code to the webpage that was sent to your phone number
5. Upon confirmation, you will be prompted to create a password
6. After activating your account, log into FOREWARN via the web or the FOREWARN app
