This required Broker Management CE Course includes a review of topics important to non-supervising and managing brokers alike. Course will review new trends in legal challenges and how they effect your business, fraud & misrepresentation, Virginia's Property Disclosure Act, and how to manage liability.

Through effective supervision, brokers can ensure their associated licensees comply with real estate rules and regulations to better safeguard public interest and ensure clients receive professional service. This Broker Supervision CE Course will cover a review of topics important to non-supervising and managing brokers alike. Course will cover the regulatory knowledge of Broker and Associate broker licensees in various areas relating to the Management and Supervisory mandate of the Real Estate Board Regulations.
