In this session, we will sift through fact vs. fiction and help you discover your unique leadership potential.

Leigh Brown: Over Leigh’s 20 years as a REALTOR,® she has lived out her motto of #MoreThanHouses — even before we had hashtags! She strives to make her community a better place through personal interactions and positive relationships daily. As a global speaker, author, coach, and social media influencer, Leigh strives to support and develop REALTORS®, who are both leaders and advocates in their communities. She has persevered through the Great Recession and can help you succeed during changing times. Leigh will provide you with the tools so you can lift your neighbors throughout this time and beyond.   

Nicholas Lagos: Nicholas is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Gawen Realty in Arlington. Along with being a member of NVAR for over 30 years, Nicholas is also the current President of our Board of Directors. Raised in Arlington, he has a genuine interest in the NoVA area. As a working broker, he has a pulse on what agents experience and require daily. As a leader of our Association, Nicholas brings valuable insight into what it takes to be a leader not only on the local level, but the state and national level as well.
