MD CE: 3 hours (required)
We will walk through legislation that went into effect on October 1, 2019. This new legislation amended several portions of the Real Estate Brokers Act, mainly prohibiting licensees from disclosing confidential information obtained from prospective clients and it alters the definitions of brokerage relationship and dual agency under Maryland law. We will walk through the law step-by-step and provide clear guidance, not just on how to comply, but how to simplify your life by making compliance easier, so you're more likely to pass any "test" that may come your way.
Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.
** CLASSES AND SCHEDULES FOR MD CE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
The class will be held via Zoom. The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course. All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
