ABC of Deeds  (1 Hour)
Deeds are the culmination of all the work that real estate agents do for their clients in all real estate transactions, but are also not fully understood. Understanding the basics and history of deeds will greatly assist real estate agents in preparing the sale of their home or understanding the rationale of why title commitments require certain things completed. Ultimately, understanding these basics and history will assist agents in providing a smoother experience for their clients when issues relating to title occur.

Dealing with Non-Individual Entities (1 Hour)
Real estate transactions are not limited to just people purchasing and selling their dream home. Many times there are power of attorneys, estates, trusts and corporations involved in real estate. This course is intended to give real estate licensees an understanding of the basics behind why these entities exist and how they operate in the context of a real estate transaction. This will help licensees know how to prepare themselves and their clients for real estate transactions involving these entities.
