This course on RESPA and how it affects Realtors will assist Realtors in knowing what is and is not allowed under the regulations. It will teach them what compliance measures should be taken by parties entering into Marketing Service Agreements and Affiliated Business Arrangements. It will also review the developments in the regulation over time and the examples that have been provided by the CFPB for guidance.
