Homes located in remote areas away from city water supply and sewage systems have to supply and treat their own water and sewage respectively. The sewage and supply systems are, for the most part, invisible to the homeowner. Realtors in rural areas, or areas of a city not yet serviced by city water sewage and supply systems, should have a good understanding of these systems in order to help homebuyers understand the systems better themselves.
This course will teach you:
• How private water sewage and supply systems work
• How to care for a private water sewage and supply systems
• What goes wrong with these systems
• The implications of non-performance
