Indoor air quality is a subject that has steadily gathered more and more attention over the last ten years. There are several reasons for this, not the least of which is the steady rise in the number of asthma and allergy sufferers. The green movement has helped things along as people become more aware of how things in their environment have a direct impact on personal and environmental health.
This session looks at indoor air quality, how it affects your health and how you can improve the air you breathe in your home with a minimum of fuss. What we will find is that many of the most effective strategies for improving air quality are very inexpensive and easy to implement.
