MD CE: 2 hours

Class will go through specific addenda of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) Residential Contract of Sale for a better understanding of its contents. Addenda to be covered include: Addendum of Clauses A and B, Home Inspection, Conventional Financing and the REA.

CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES UPON REGISTERING FOR THIS COURSE.  Cancellation fee is $5.00. No exceptions.

** CLASSES AND SCHEDULES FOR MD CE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.   CLASSES WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM WITH INFORMATION EMAILED TO YOU CLOSER TO THE COURSE.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
