This course will take a look at current distressed property data, review distressed property table showing filings in US, review top five states for foreclosure, review Virginia foreclosure rates by County and review local foreclosure filings.  You will have a better understanding of the liability under the promissory note and deed of trust.  We will review short sale, foreclosure and REO transaction terms and look at the different transactions as a whole.
