This course discusses the importance of owner’s title insurance.  This course begins with a review of the basics of title insurance including the differences between standard and enhanced owner’s title insurance policies.  This course will then highlight five real life cases where a title defect cost the property owner lots of time, money and stress.  These five costly situations could have been avoided with the purchase of an owner’s title policy at closing.
