MD CE: Elective

We have all represented the seller of a property. This class will outline some of the common issues that arise when representing a seller and how to solve those issues. Topics to be covered in the class include - power of attorney, divorce, bankruptcy, estate & death, foreclosures and short sales.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
