About the Course
The goal of Military Relocation Professional Certification Core Course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs—as sellers or buyers--and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services—at any stage in the service member’s military career—that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals.

About the Presenter
David Piatek
David specializes in working with military members across the country to leverage there VA Home Loan benefits. He is a contributor and national instructor for the Military Relocation Processional Certification along with being an instructor for the NEW Home Financial Resources Certification which helps Realtors® better understand mortgage products. His passion for working with military members is driven by his own experience in the military. He’s currently serving in the Army National Guard and lives in the Arlington, VA area with his wife and infant son.
