Class will go through each paragraph of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) Residential Contract of Sale for a better understanding of its contents. We will discuss what should occur prior to the writing of an offer, initialing, signatures and dates will be covered.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
