Welcome to NVAR!

To become a Realtor® through NVAR, you must first complete the free half-day orientation class. In this class, you will learn about all the resources available to you through your membership and how NVAR Takes You Further®. After completing orientation, you can register for additional education at NVAR.com.

There is no charge for the class if you complete it within 60 days. Failure to complete orientation within 60 days after submitting the application will cancel the application, forfeit your application fee and suspend all member services. You will then have to re-apply and pay another application fee to start the process once again. We look forward to having you attend this vital first course in your real estate career!

Please note: Your NVAR membership is conditional until you complete this requirement. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins are not allowed.
