Hear from local Arlington home builder representatives from Classic Cottages, as they explain the various stages in the new construction process, and how you as a Realtor®, fit in during the entire construction timeline - from acquiring the lot to closing on the completed home.

•How the builder’s experienced team greatly minimizes agent’s time in pre-sale transactions
•The stages of construction,  client walk-throughs & meetings schedule, 
•Design selection and furnishing options, 
•And construction loans.
