This four-hour elective CE Course on Green building will look at a holistic approach to building design, construction and operation that minimizes the negative environmental impacts while improving building performance and occupant health. In this course the realtors are will learn why green buildings use less energy, consume less water, generate less waste and pollutants and ensure good indoor air quality.
