Virginia Law 18 VAC 135-20-190 states that the firm's licensed name must be clearly and legibly displayed on all advertising.This includes, but is not limited to:

• brochures,
• business cards,
• all signs leading to the property, 
• name badge, 
• emails, 
• websites 
• social media advertising.
