The Grievance Committee is responsible for reviewing arbitration claims and written complaints involving possible violations of the Code of Ethics, Lockbox Rules and Membership Duties. Volunteers must attend mandatory training, scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2020, in order to serve on this committee. Committee members are scheduled to attend one meeting a month, on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday of each month. Committee members must commit to attending at least nine monthly meetings each year. Preparation and review of cases in advance of meetings is required.
