NVAR wants to celebrate you and your hard work as a recognized Top Producer with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors®. 

NVAR will be providing all Top Producers with Digital Branding Kits! We will still be printing certificates for those who wish to have one and they will be available along with your Top Producer Pin at the NVAR Fairfax Headquarters Office as well as mailed to your brokerage office.

How to Apply
Login to your Member Dashboard at www.nvar.com/login with your NRDS ID. Once logged in, scroll down and click on "Click Here to Apply for an Award"



After Application is Submitted
Once your TPC Application is submitted, a notification is sent to your broker to approve your qualification. Digital branding kits will be sent out to Top Producers via email in April. Other benefits of being on the Top Producer's Club can be viewed online at www.nvar.com/tpc. 

How to Print an Agent Production Report from Bright MLS:

1. Click Market
2. Under Market click Agent and Office Production.
3. Select Agent Awards Report.
4. Enter a Start Date and an End Date in the fields or use the Calendar lookup Matrix calendar icon. For a 2021 agent production report, you would put 1/1/21 to 12/31/21. 
5. Begin typing in the subscribe ID of the agent that you want to view the report.
6. Click Generate Report.

Please Note: Volume totals for the NVAR Top Producer’s Club are an accumulation of properties settled during the award year from January 1 to December 31.  

The production report from Bright MLS includes properties only listed in the MLS. Annual rental volume and units, land sales, commercial transactions and out-of-state transactions can be included in your total. You must manually add these numbers to the value of your production report.

How does Team Work?
A Team Lead can apply for themselves and if they have team members that want to be recognized, the team lead can put those individuals names in the application as well and it will add $75.00 for each person added to the Team Lead’s one application.
 
If there are people on the team that want to be recognized individually instead of on the team (for example as a Gold or Platinum), they will want to apply individually by logging into the Member Dashboard themselves and submitting their own application.
