MD CE: 1.5 hours (required)

This seminar will focus on residential landlord-tenant laws in MD. This course covers fair housing as it applies to leasing property, occupancy, outline the Landlord/Tenant Act, detail the lease and application forms, privacy, credit reports and rental history as well as discussing landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities in detail.
