| One–Time Activation Fee | There is a one–time Activation Fee upon joining Bright MLS. | $250 |
| Bright MLS Account | NVAR Members receive a discounted rate to Bright MLS. (Non-member rate $174 quarterly) | $120 quarterly |
Both bills are paid directly to Bright MLS. We recommend new members join NVAR before joining Bright MLS to ensure the discount is applied.
