Submitting a Question Is Simple 

Getting started takes just a few steps. 

Option 1: Through the NVAR Website 

  1. Visit the NVAR website. 
  1. Navigate to the Forms & Legal tab. 
  1. Click Legal Hotline
  1. Fill in your basic contact information. 
  1. Type your question and click Submit

That’s it. Your question is immediately routed to the appropriate Legal Hotline team member based on the topic. 

Option 2: Through the NVAR App 

Prefer to work on the go? You can also submit your question directly through the NVAR App. 

  1. Launch the NVAR App. 
  1. Click the Legal Hotline button at the top of the home screen. 
  1. Your basic information will automatically populate. 
  1. Type your question and select Submit Question

The process is streamlined so you can focus on your business while the team handles the rest. 

What Happens Next? 

Once submitted — whether through the website or the App — your question is directed to the appropriate Legal Hotline team member based on subject matter. 

In most cases, you will receive a phone call within a few hours, and no later than one business day. The goal is always to provide clear, practical guidance as efficiently as possible so you can move forward with confidence.
