Meet Your Current NVAR President!
New Member Checklist
Register and attend “New Member Launch!” within 60 days of joining NVAR. This class is approximately three hours long and will help orient you to your new Association. Find the next “New Member Launch!” class at nvar.com/calendar.
Complete both the mandatory NAR Code of Ethics Course and the Fair Housing Course within your first 60 days of membership. Please note that NAR requires Realtors® to take Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training once every three years IN ADDITION TO your mandatory PL or CE course training required by DPOR.

Did you complete this course outside of NVAR or NAR? Send your certificate of completion to membership@nvar.com in order to update your record.
Ensure your NVAR Member Profile is complete and accurate by logging into your Member Dashboard and clicking on “Edit Membership Info.” In your Member Dashboard, you can also pay your annual dues renewal, access forms through Docs+ by Remine, and more!

30 hours of Post-Licensing (PL) education is required within your first year of licensing. NVAR provides complimentary Virginia Post-Licensing (PL), Continuing Education (CE), and Broker CE.
