NVAR’s Top Producers Club (TPC) represents the top 10% of our local Realtor® Association!
They showcase what it truly means to provide premier customer service to the residents of the Northern Virginia and Washington DC Metropolitan Area. All applications are submitted by logging into the Member Dashboard.
How Do I Qualify?
Qualification: Team level Top Producers are submitted within the Team Lead’s application, automatically adding a $75 charge per team added.
Must be submitted within Team Lead’s application.
Qualification: $4 million or 24 transactions
Rental and Commercial can be included.
Qualification: $7 million or 48 transactions
Rental and Commercial can be included.
Qualification: NVAR Top Producer Club Member for 10+ years.
Diamond members are agents who have been part of the club for 10 cumulative years. Application needed for each year of desired recognition.
Applications are Open!
Upon completion of your online application, an automatic email will be sent to your Broker to verify your volume total. Top Producers Club is for NVAR members only. Applications for past years can be submitted throughout the year.
NVAR Top Producers Club certificates and pins will be available for pickup approximately mid-April. A copy of your certificate will also be mailed to your Brokerage office should your Brokerage wish to celebrate NVAR Top Producers.

What is Included in My Total Sales Volume?
Volume totals are an accumulation of properties settled during the award year from January 1 – December 31. You can determine your volume total by viewing your Bright MLS production report. Off-MLS transactions can be included as well if desired; please ensure all transaction volume is included in one document to upload into the application.
You may include your annual rental volume and units, land sales, commercial transactions, referrals, and out-of-state transactions. Manually add these numbers to the value of your Bright MLS production report or combine all numbers into a Word document or PDF, and your Broker will verify and approve your total sales volume after submission of your application.

April 15: Pins and certificates are ready at the NVAR Fairfax Office and mailed to Brokerage Offices. Applications reopen.
TPC FAQs:
- Log in to brightmls.com and click on “Market”.
- Under “Market,” click “Agent and Office Production”.
- Select “Agent Awards Report”.
- Enter a Start Date and an End Date in the fields or use the Calendar lookup calendar icon. For a 2024 agent production report, you put 1/1/24 to 12/31/24.
- Begin typing in the subscriber ID of the agent that you want to view the report.
- Click “Generate Report”.

The production report from Bright MLS includes properties only listed in the MLS. Annual rental volume and units, land sales, commercial transactions, referrals, and out-of-state transactions can be included in your total. You must manually add these numbers to the value of your production report (by combining these numbers into a Word document or PDF).

As long as your production is all included in one document for the online application; it can be included. Please note that the production is always approved by your current Broker.
Yes. Using the same application link, you would choose the year you are applying for using the drop down menu. The online application can be accessed in your member dashboard at nvar.com/login.
Certificates will be sent out no later than 30 days after the closing date for applications.
While, yes, you may continue to use the general NVAR Top Producer logo, NVAR asks that you please refrain from using the logo with a year in which you did not earn Top Producer status.
NVAR sends certificates to your Broker’s office to celebrate your success at one of your sales meetings. Alternatively, you can contact us at tpc@nvar.com to schedule a time to pick up your certificate at the NVAR office.
An email will be sent to each member who applied with the updated branding kit within 30 days of receiving of their application.
Due to space limitations, we only allow NVAR members who have achieved the NVAR Top Producer award and their Brokers.
You would multiply the monthly rental fee by 12 months (annual lease) for the total revenue. Add this figure to your annual sales volume.
