NVAR Cares Gives Back
NVAR Cares is dedicated to giving back, helping those in need, and fostering a spirit of service across Northern Virginia. To celebrate and give back to the very people who make this work possible, NVAR proudly recognizes two outstanding individuals each year with the Brokerage Spirit Award and the Good Neighbor Award.
NVAR Cares Grants
The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® is proud to support local non-profits with grants to help their efforts. Non-profits looking to apply for a grant should serve our neighbors located in Northern Virginia. The NVAR Cares Committee looks to primarily support non-profit housing related organizations but will consider applications for those non-profits supporting the well-being of the community. Grants up to $3,000 will be considered.
NVAR Cares Awards
The committee shines a light on those who demonstrate a deep commitment to their communities with two awards. The Brokerage Spirit Award recognizes a brokerage that embodies the values of service and philanthropy, while the Good Neighbor Award honors an individual who has made an extraordinary difference through volunteering and leadership.
NVAR Cares Good Neighbor Award
Congratulations to our 2024 Good Neighbor Award winner, Raba Letteri! The Good Neighbor Award honors individuals who go above and beyond to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Raba is an active volunteer with The CORE Foundation, an organization that supports charitable projects that address societal needs and builds community.
