Refund Policy for Merchandise
NVAR Realtor® Shop will give a full refund for merchandise if the item has not been used and is returned within ten days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new, salable condition. NVAR Realtor® Shop email receipt is required.
ALL TYPES OF LOCKBOXES AND BOOKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
CONDITION
NVAR Realtor® Shop reserves all rights and the sole discretion of determining the condition of any merchandise being submitted for return and refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for NVAR Classes
Please take a moment to review these policies for your course track. Due to class availability and room size limitations, all registrants are subject to the cancellation policies outlined below for each course series. Cancellation and Refund fees take effect upon registration for any course or event. These fees are only applied to events or classes with paid registration. Complimentary courses or events are not subject to cancellation fees.
The Cancellation and Refund fee varies with the type of course for which you are registered. Please review the schedule below for the cancellation cost associated with each course type.
NVAR Realtor® School reserves the right to cancel any course date, in which case a full refund will be made to all registrants via the method of registration payment.
