There are several ways to complete your Code of Ethics and Fair Housing Requirements:
- NVAR Realtor® School Post-Licensing Classes
- NVAR’s Post-Licensing classes are able to satisfy your requirements for NAR’s Code of Ethics & Fair Housing requirements as well as for the Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB).
- National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics Course and Fair Housing Course
- These free, online classes are offered by NAR and can be completed at your own pace.
- Other NAR-Approved Schools
- Many educational organizations offer NAR-approved Code of Ethics and Fair Housing courses. If you choose to use one of these schools, please confirm before taking the class that they are NAR-approved, or you may have to take NAR’s free, online courses to satisfy your requirement.
