March is Global Success Month, a time to recognize the value of international collaboration and the opportunities it brings to the real estate profession. At NVAR, one way we support members in expanding their global reach is through the NVAR Global Scholarship Program.
Launched as a pilot program in 2025, the scholarship helps members offset the cost of attending international conferences and trade missions focused on global real estate. By reducing financial barriers to travel and professional development, the program helps Realtors® build international connections, grow their businesses, and strengthen NVAR’s global network.
Scholarships may be used to offset several travel-related expenses, including conference registration fees, airfare, and hotel accommodations. Applications are reviewed and approved by NVAR’s Global Leadership Advisory Group.
In 2025, scholarship recipients included Ahmed Gomaa, Mario Rubio, Mariana Koegel, Adeniyi Tinubu, and Betty Arguello. These members used scholarship funds to help expand their global presence while gaining valuable insights into international real estate markets.
