On Saturday, April 12, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) proudly sponsored and participated in the 2025 Northern Virginia Housing Expo, held at Meridian High School in Falls Church. This annual event, dedicated to connecting individuals and families with affordable housing opportunities, brought together regional leaders, housing professionals, and community members for a day of learning, resources, and empowerment.
As part of our commitment to educating the public and supporting homeownership, NVAR Board Member Veronica Seva-Gonzalez represented the Association in a featured presentation. Speaking to an engaged audience, Veronica offered a local housing market overview and shared key insights on working with a Realtor® — including how they advocate for clients, navigate complex transactions, and serve as trusted guides through one of life’s biggest financial decisions.
In addition to the session, NVAR hosted a booth throughout the day, welcoming attendees to learn more about the benefits of working with a Realtor® when buying a home. Our team spoke with prospective buyers, renters, and community members, answering questions about the homebuying process, providing helpful resources, and reinforcing the Realtor® difference — professionalism, local expertise, and a commitment to ethical standards.
NVAR is proud to support regional efforts like the NOVA Housing Expo that spotlight housing accessibility and education.
