On December 18, 2024, at the Barns at Wolf Trap, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) came together to celebrate the industry’s successes and the Association’s accomplishments with its 2025 Installation Ceremony. The event included the installation of Casey Menish as the 2025 NVAR President, alongside the new Board of Directors. Sheila Joy, Casey’s mother, and CEO of National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO Inc.) shared heartfelt remarks, expressing pride in Casey’s leadership and emphasizing the impact of dedicated leaders on NVAR’s future.
Installing the 2025 President and Board of Directors
Casey was officially installed as the 2025 NVAR President by Installing Officer and 2022 NVAR President Reggie Copeland. Her inspiring words at the end of the evening reminded attendees of the perseverance of Realtors® and the industry, as well as how NVAR is ready for any changes that lie ahead of the industry.
