NVAR is thrilled to share that Teresa Watson, Associate Director of Education, is the recipient of the 2024 Regina Pinkney “You Make a Difference” Award from the Realtist Network of Northern Virginia. This honor is a testament to Teresa’s dedication to fostering an inclusive real estate community and her exceptional contributions to both NVAR and Northern Virginia.
Through her collaboration with the Realtist Network of Northern Virginia, a local NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) Chapter, Teresa has helped create opportunities for dialogue, learning, and connection. Her work with the Realtist Network exemplifies a commitment to community and service.
As a co-liaison to several NVAR multicultural forums, Teresa is instrumental in facilitating events that highlight and celebrate the diversity of our region. She has played an essential role in shaping these forums into spaces where members of all backgrounds feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
“Thank you for the award,” said Teresa. “I look forward to future collaboration with not only Guy Allen, Past-President of the Realtist Network of Northern Virginia and 2025 Chair of the NVAR African American Realtor® Forum, but with NAREB as a whole.”
NVAR is incredibly proud of Teresa for receiving this well-deserved honor and is grateful for her continued impact at NVAR. She is an inspiration to us all, and we look forward to seeing how her work will continue to shape the future of real estate in Northern Virginia.
