Ryan T. McLaughlin, CAE, RCE is the Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR). Since assuming leadership in 2015, McLaughlin has overseen a period of strong organizational growth, strategic innovation, and elevated member engagement, positioning NVAR as a national model for modern association management.
As CEO, McLaughlin leads a professional staff of more than 30 and guides initiatives that support over 13,000 real estate professionals across the Greater Northern Virginia Region.
