The following application is for service providers who have never previously held membership with NVAR.
Please note that Service Provider Membership operates off of a Calendar Year (January – December) annually. 

*Does not include SentriLock Service Fee paid to SentriLock

By submitting this form, I affirm that the information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to pay the established dues, allocations and fees, which are non-refundable.

I agree that my act of paying shall evidence my initial and continuing commitment to abide by the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Association, which are amended from time to time.

I understand that I may request membership on certain committees and vote on committee matters, but I shall not have the right to vote on Board matters or hold executive office or use the term Realtor® Consistent with Article IV. Section C of the NVAR Bylaws. I verify that as an applicant for Service Provider membership, my company and I are not engaged in the practice of brokerage or real property.
