In the spring of 2006, Fidelity Direct Mortgage (FDM) was founded by a group of five professionals in the basement of a home. United by a shared vision, they set out to build a mortgage company where both clients and employees could make informed, empowered decisions. Backed by more than a decade of collective mortgage experience and deep industry knowledge, FDM officially launched operations.
